On April 23rd, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their third child, a son named Louis. It appeared that the world was overjoyed at the arrival of the newest prince, well… most of the world that is.
A sensationalist media outlet has reported that two very key people in Prince Louis’ life were not as excited has many had hoped; GLOBE Magazine reported that Prince Charles and Camilla were “blacklisted” from seeing the newest prince after a “difference in opinion” arose between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall.
Sources share that recent relations with the family have been tense as Queen Elizabeth nears the end of her reign to the throne. Prince Charles is first in line with his son, William, in second. While it would appear that they have a casual and comfortable relationship, GLOBE hints at the exact opposite.
The tension is reported to stem from Kate’s parents, Michael and Carole, who have shared their views of parenting with William and Kate. Apparently, those views are different from Charles and Camilla. The difference in child-rearing practices have apparently budded heads, creating an awkward dynamic between in-laws.
New Idea weighed in on the subject with a disgraceful scoop regarding the current state of the dynamics, “'The truth is Carole is a caring and devoted mother to Kate. Kate depends on her for help and advice - not Charles, who is awkward, or Camilla, who would rather drink wine.”
The insider continued to share that family rift has been “all too evident” and only appeared more evident when Charles and Camilla opted out from congratulating the couple on the arrival of Prince Louis.
According to the major allegations made in the GLOBE, Prince William shared some choice words with his father, and they’re far from making amends. Reportedly, William told his father: “You ruined my childhood, but I won't let you destroy Louis' - or George's or Charlotte's!”
The claims are truly heartbreaking, and he can only hope that there’s been a major misunderstanding somewhere in the communication… The Royal Family is beloved and we hope that whatever the concern- if there is a concern at all- will be forgiven. Family is important and we hope that relationships can mend.
