Woman Cuts Up Artificial Flowers. What She Does With Them Makes The Most Beautiful Decor For Fall
Fall is the perfect time of year for experimenting with crafty DIYs. Many craft stores have amazing deals (I’m looking at you, Hobby Lobby!) and it’s the ideal time to stock up on supplies! With a busy schedule, fitting in time for creative outlets can often be a struggle. With work, taking care of the family, cooking meals, running errands, and cleaning the house, who has any spare time these days? While I do enjoy a good project from time to time, I’m lucky if I have a spare 15 minutes in a day to do anything extra.
I recently came across a craft that not only fed into my excitement for autumn, but also takes less than ten minutes to make! YouTuber Shushana Bowens, from "It’s A Family Thing!" created a quick, affordable, and gorgeous tutorial on how to make a fun wreath for Fall. You need only a handful of supplies to make this happen.
For her wreath, she uses artificial hydrangeas and other fall-colored flowers. She cuts the flowers from the large bouquet that holds them together as one unit. Using a hot glue gun, she strategically attaches the flowers around a foam wreath, ensuring that every inch of the wreath is covered. The result is out of this world! Not only will it add an adorable pop of color to your front door, but it will also look as though you splurged on a pricey wreath. Don’t worry, we will keep it our little secret! Check out the video, below, to see just how to make this decoration.
