A Mama Cat And Her Three Kittens Were Stuck Down A 60ft. Long Drain Pipe. Rescuers Had To Get Creative To Get Them All Out
If you have a pet, then you know that they can get themselves into all types of ridiculous situations. Whether they get themselves stuck in a precarious spot, or they simply get lost when they go wandering around, pets have a knack for getting into trouble. But, at the end of the day, we love them no matter what and find joy in helping them out of whatever situation they find themselves in. Some situations, however, are a little more serious than others. The family of cats in this story had taken shelter in a drain pipe and could not get out. Luckily, the rescuers that were called put their heads together and came up with the perfect plan to rescue them!
One day, rescuers with Hope For Paws were called to a peculiar scene. There were people on the side of the road, huddled around a rather long drain pipe. When Eldad, the founder of Hope For Paws, asked what the situation was, people were eager to get him involved. Apparently, a mother cat and her newborn kittens had taken shelter inside the drain but could not get themselves back out. Eldad and his team quickly got to work, trying to figure out the safest way to get the family out of the pipe.
Upon looking into the drain Eldad could see the mother cat near the middle of the pipe. The mother was distraught, meowing constantly. Eldad tried to see further in but the pipe was extremely dark. He could just make out the shapes of at last two of the kittens near the mother. Where the other two were Eldad could not be sure. The drain pipe was much too long to reach the family by hand so Eldad and his team came up with an innovative way to reach the cats. CLICK "NEXT PAGE" TO READ THE REST OF THE STORY...[VIDEO]
