A man named John Wells was residing in New York when he realized that he needed a big change. He packed up all of his belongings and set off on a new adventure. Before he knew it, he had found himself a place out in the middle of nowhere and decided to call it home.
With only $1600, he was able to construct a modern home that used solar energy and composting. He was somewhat 'off the grid', but he was looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of city living.
He had a creative thought come across his mind one day and decided to act on it. After seeing the results of his crazy idea, we're sure glad he did! He placed his camera inside a bucket of cold water and set it out so that animals passing by could drink from it.
He didn't really have any expectations for the types of critters that might come along, but since he was out in the wild, it peaked his curiosity. Much to his surprise, he had a wide variety of visitors stop by for a quick sip.
