Big Cat Hospital

Big Cat X-Ray

The Big Cat Rescue is one of the largest accredited sanctuaries in the world dedicated to restoring abused and abandoned jungle cats. At the sanctuary, they have more than eighty lions, tigers, bobcats, and cougars. All of these cats have either been abandoned, abused, orphaned, rescued from being turned into fur coats, or retired from performing acts. The older cats, ranging from their teens to early 20's, are in need of more medical procedures.

In the videos above, you'll see some of the medical procedures performed at the Windsong Memorial Cat Hospital. It's unbelievably fascinating to see such large animals undergo medical procedures and get x-rays to examine what could potentially need further attention. These highly trained professionals ensure that every animal is taken care of and restored back to excellent health.
