A certainly thrilling day came and went this weekend concerning the royal family and fans are still reeling with excitement over the grand surprise.
On May 6, Duchess Meghan gave birth to a darling little boy, Archie. Since that day, she’s been MIA from all royal ventures as she’s been tending to her newborn. Harry didn’t take much time away from his rigorous schedule, though, and has remained active in his duties.
It’s always a bit tricky to guess just when a royal mother will come back from maternity leave, but fans knew it surely wouldn’t be anytime soon. One thing they were knocked back to discover was that on one of the most prestigious days for the royal family - Trooping the Colour - Meghan made a surprise appearance!
Fans were overcome with joy to see the brand new mama as happy and as glowing as ever before. Despite the fact that she gave birth just one month prior, she looked radiant, happy, and healthy. One can only fathom just how much she missed her little boy while she took that brief time away!
While it was but a brief moment, everyone was thrilled to see her doing so well. Because so many of us are incredibly impatient, fans can’t help but wonder not only when we will see her again but when we’ll get to see Archie as well.
As it turns out, it just might be sooner than we all realized.
Based on when Archie was born, it’s very likely that his christening will occur sometime in July or August. It has yet to be officially announced, but per royal traditions and patterns set before him, a royal baby is typically christened around three months old.
We’ll all be sitting on pins and needles waiting to hear the official date this will happen. I know so many are eager to see his precious little face again and to see the happy family of three all together once more.
