Life couldn’t be more exciting for the British royal family. There are so many things to be celebrated as of late, and the world wants nothing more than to rejoice in unison alongside them.
On April 23, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed a precious baby boy into the world. This birth was one of the most highly anticipated around the globe, and it seemed as though the day would never arrive! They kept quiet on many details concerning the child, causing even more of a stir with the crowds.
Thankfully, the Duchess and her little Prince are doing very well and are back home learning the ropes on how to live as a family of five. This isn’t the only news about the family that people are anxiously awaiting. On May 19th, the wedding of the decade will be happening, and the world will be watching every moment!
Prince Harry and his bride-to-be, American actress, Meghan Markle, will officially tie the knot in front of thousands. The couple has been quite open about their plans thus far, giving us a glimpse into what’s to come.
The bride has reportedly found a dress, they’ve selected a cake, the venue is secured, and invitations have been sent. Until recently, one crucial part of the puzzle was left open. It was yet to be announced just who would be the Best Man at the wedding.
Recently, the Royals finally broke the long-awaited news, and it’s just what we were all hoping to hear. According to the royal’s twitter account, @KensingtonRoyal, Prince Harry has officially asked his brother, Prince William, to be the Best Man at the wedding.
This, of course, is something we had anticipated for quite some time, but we are thrilled to know that it is finally happening! Harry served as William’s Best Man when he wed Kate Middleton in 2011, so it was safe to assume the roles would be reversed when Harry’s wedding arrived.
We couldn’t think of a more suitable and honorable man to fill this position. The two have one of the strongest brotherhood bonds we’ve ever seen, and it warms the hearts of thousands to see them so actively involved in one another’s lives. We cannot wait for May 19th to arrive!
