The celebrity baby train just keeps on rolling through 2019! It seems like every day we hear of another celeb that is newly expecting or has just given birth to a precious bundle of joy.

Today, devout Bachelorette fans have something to celebrate. One of the fan-favorite couples from the hit reality television show has recently welcomed a baby into the world.

Desiree Hartsock and husband, Chris Siegfried, joyfully welcomed a second son into the world on January 12. They named the new little one Zander Cruz.

Together, they have a two-year-old son, Asher, who is now a proud big brother. US Weekly did an exclusive interview with the couple and had a moment to chat with Desiree about their new addition: “We’ve been loving and soaking in every moment as a family of four. His home birth was a beautiful, positive experience.”

When asked about his name, she gave an answer many were not expecting to hear. “It means defender of men. We had a few [names] picked out, and actually, Zander wasn’t my top favorite. And then the more and more I was carrying him, I just felt like calling him Zander. It just felt right.”

Even though he’s only a couple weeks old now, little Zander boy has been said to be quite the good little sleeper even through the chaos and loudness that comes alongside having a rambunctious 2-year-old sibling.

As for the future, they aren’t discussing more babies at the moment, just looking forward to what lies ahead for their little family. “We’re both very excited to see Asher and the new baby be brothers and have that bond,” she said.

We are thrilled to know that little Zander is happy, healthy, and doing well. Congratulations to the happy couple on their precious little addition!
