Legendary Hall Of Fame Quarterback Tragically Announces The Return Of Cancer

March 01, 2018

News just broke that the 58-year-old legendary Buffalo Bills quarterback, Jim Kelly, announced the return of his oral cancer. In 2013, Kelly was tragically diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma.

He underwent treatment for it and the following year was given a clean bill of health. They went forward with the hope that this devastation would be left in the past.

With the unfortunate return of cancer, he will be seeking immediate treatment. He released the following statement to break the news to his fans:

“As our family has faced many trials and triumphs throughout the years, you have blessed us with your prayers. We are asking for prayers once again. The oral cancer we hoped would be gone forever has returned. Although I was shocked and deeply saddened to receive this news, I know that God is with me. I continuously talk about the four F’s: Faith, Family, Friends, and Fans. With all of you by my side, we will fight and win this battle together. Staying “Kelly Tough” and trusting God, will carry us through this difficult time.”

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kelly family during this difficult time.
