Meghan Markle is one of the world’s most evolving women. On May 19th, 2018, she’ll make the role change from single woman to wife. While that transition in itself can be quite a whirlwind, it appears to be the least of her worries.

Meghan will become part of Britain's Royal Family. Which is arguably the most popular family in the world. With the popularity of the family comes some not-so-ideal scenarios. Most obviously being that the family has a large target on their backs.

The royal family is valued at $88 billion. While they’re surrounded by top security, they must be ready for disastrous events at the drop of the hat.

That’s why Meghan is getting a crash course in worst-case scenarios as a royal. Let’s just say that her worst case scenarios are much more extreme than most…

Recently, Meghan joined the Special Air Service (SAS) for a mock kidnapping by mock hostage takers. Gerald Moor, a former Army intelligence officer, shared that the exercise was enough “to frighten the life out of anyone.” He added that “Live ammunition was used to raise that level of fear- So what real gunfire sounds like should, God forbid, she ever is in a hostile situation.”

The training was grueling but absolutely necessary as the family has actually had troubled individuals attempt an attack. Nearly every other royal was encouraged to go through the training, even Kate Middleton and Princess Diana.

In fact, Princess Di’s hair caught fire when the live ammunition was being used! The training exercise is technically a drill but it is definitely not a joke!

Prince Harry reportedly accompanied his fiancé. While he knew it was a lot to handle, he thinks it’s better to be safe than sorry! Although we’re certain that Meghan prefers good old fashioned wedding planning over special forces training!
