Only days away from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding and the world can hardly hold back it’s excitement. The florist has been booked, the cake is being prepped, and the RSVPs are flooding in. While we anxiously count down the days until the wedding of the century, one detail continues stirring everyone’s curiosity: Meghan’s wedding gown.
We’re certain that the gown won’t resemble Meghan’s future sister-in-law’s gown, but we can’t help but wonder if Meghan’s real-life wedding gown will be similar to dress from her hit television series, Suites (In the series, Meghan’s character wore a wedding dress and there is speculation that the dress was inspiration for Meghan’s real dress). Although, based on what she’s shown us during her royal outings, we don’t expect too many similarities.
Here’s what we’re expecting to see on May 19th! Let us know if you agree!
The gown will be subtle. Meghan has proven herself to be a simplistic and modest dresser. Rather than dressing up her figure, she tends to play it safe and simple. It’s very possible that her gown will reflect her simple and clean style.
The dress will be simply extravagant. Meghan has a way of pairing her wearing very casual pieces with twists; while she chooses very simple staples, every piece of clothing tends to have an unordinary detail that makes it stand out just enough. Be it a flared midi skirt, or slouchy leather boots, Meghan has a gift for dressing with simple elegance.
The dress will be designed by someone who shares Meghan and Harry’s passions. Similarly to the cake decorator and the florist, Meghan will most likely choose a dress designer who is passionate about the environment and natural resources. It’s not too far-fetched that the dress will be designed by another who shares Meghan’s outlook on life and nature. She'll most likely already have a connection with the designer! And if they're not close friends yet, they will be once the wedding arrives. How could anyone not get along with Meghan Markle!?
The wedding is nearly one month away and soon enough, we’ll see Meghan dressed in what undeniably be a stunning wedding gown.
The wedding is on May 19th and will take place at St. George's Chapel. If you can’t be in London for the wedding, be sure to watch it online or on television! Until then, be sure to check in often here at All Cute All The Time for all of the latest details!
