News surrounding Baby Archie has ceased a bit since his birth, but it appears that many still have a lot to say about Meghan Markle. Since giving birth, she has taken time away to spend in private with her newborn and her husband - when he is not busy working on his royal duties.
Throughout her entire pregnancy, Meghan raised many eyebrows and sparked a great deal of controversy because of her continual decisions to do things the “Meghan” way rather than the traditional royal way. Even after giving birth, she’s been critiqued and questioned incessantly. Thankfully, she’s safe at home in the company of her newborn and is far away from the onslaught of gossip that lies outside her doorstep.
It has now been roughly one month since Archie Harrison made his grand entrance into the world. For the first few weeks of his life, he had the opportunity to be not only with his mother and father but with his Grandma Doria as well.
Unfortunately, she had to return back home to the U.S. after some time. This instantly left many asking the same question: when will the new grandmother get to see her grandchild again? As it turns out, it’s going to be a lot sooner than many realized.
It has been reported that Meghan already has plans up her sleeve to make a trip with Archie across the pond very soon. “I’m sure Baby Sussex will be going to America quite soon - this is normal in every other family, that the baby gets taken to the grandparents often. I’m sure that will be the case for Baby Sussex,” royal expert Juliet Ridden stated.
She continued, “I’m sure Doria will be a very hands-on grandma. I’m sure she will want to help a lot. Whether she’ll be moving in is another matter. She’s got her own life - she lives in America, she’s got her own job - so it’s not like she can throw everything up in the air.”
As we all know, though, a baby certainly changes everything, even for the grandparents. Only time will tell just what the family really is planning. Until then, they patiently await the next time they’re all together as a family once more.
