When Tom Agapiades lost a good friend to a drowning incident, he knew he had to do do something to prevent people from experiencing the same fate as his friend!
This is the motivation behind Tom's invention known as the "Kingii Wearable.
This ingenious device is powerful enough to save a life but small enough to be worn on a person's wrist.
When a person is exhausted or fatigued it is very easy to become disoriented; this is especially dangerous in the water when these factors can lead to an individual sinking below the surface!
When an individual begins to sink or they find themselves at the bottom of a pool or the ocean, they simply pull a tab on the bracelet.
Once the tab is pulled a compact flotation device is immediately deployed which carries the individual back to the surface!
The inflatable can maintain it's inflation for up to 48 hours!
Tom warns that this device should not take the place of a life vest, especially over deep waters; it does however provide a compact outlet for water safety!
This bracelet is ideal for surfers catching big waves, all the way to young children learning to swim!
