If you’ve refreshed your email, the news, and social media continuously to check if Meghan Markle has gone into labor, you’re not alone. As each day passes, Harry and Meghan's fans are getting more and more excited for Baby Sussex’s arrival.
And while we all love the anticipation, it’s beginning to make us all a little flustered. Kensington Palace announced that the couple would be welcoming their first-born in Spring 2019. Since then, rumors have swirled regarding the Duchess’ pregnancy; the baby would arrive early, she was carrying twins, and even that she would deliver the baby back in America. But as Royal protocol would have it, nothing more was confirmed or encouraged by Harry and Meghan themselves. Instead, fans would have to wait for time to tell.
Meghan Markle took maternity leave around March 13th, 2019. It was around that same time that she and Harry moved from Kensington Palace to Windsor’s Frogmore Cottage. Shortly after going on her maternity leave, she and Harry made their Instagram account active on April 2nd. Then, on April 17th, Kensington Palace announced that Harry and Meghan would be keeping their birth private.
While some were fans were understanding, many were frustrated that Harry and Meghan were not sharing details of their firstborn with the world. The statement read, “Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
It looks like fans would only be able to wait for Meghan and Harry to share the news after all.
But then, a significant hint flooded the internet. On April 18th, several vans were spotted driving into the Frogmore Cottage. The, after Easter Sunday, Meghan’s mother, Doria, had been confirmed in London. These were sure-tell signs that Baby Sussex was likely in the final days of making his or her arrival and that Meghan would be giving birth to her first born at her new home in Windsor.
The images above were taken on April 18th and featured two large vans- one without windows- driving onto the Frogmore property. Could there be medical equipment in these vans? It’s very likely! Since the image has surfaced, fans believe that Meghan will have a home birth. Please pray for this mom-to-be has she gets closer to delivering her precious little one. We are praying for a healthy delivery, mom, and baby.
